All courses are delivered with complete documentation. eXtyles User Training is delivered at Inera headquarters or at the customer's office. User training is practical and hands-on, covering all aspects of the eXtyles feature set. User training is conducted with a classroom introduction, followed by an interactive hands-on session. In addition, Inera takes advantage of "team" training, where two users work together on a single computer during the hands-on session. This teamwork approach, combined with interactive feedback from the instructor, yields the most productive environment for quickly learning how to take advantage of eXtyles.• Class size: up to 12 participants • Class length: 1 day • Prerequisite: Intermediate users of Microsoft Word eXtyles Administrator Training is a more comprehensive training program for those organizations that wish to continue eXtyles customization in-house. Designed for non-programmers, eXtyles Administrator Training teaches participants how to customize eXtyles' extensive dictionaries. The course covers eXtyles data customization, including data configuration, paragraph style templates, and the development of new Auto-Redact rules.• Class size: up to 3 participants • Class length: 2 days • Prerequisite: Intermediate-to-expert users of Microsoft Word eXtyles Developer Training is an advanced technical course for software developers and IT specialists. This course teaches participants how to utilize eXtyles' powerful API (application programming interface) in order to perform external content processing. eXtyles developer training is designed for organizations that have unique content manipulation requirements and add value to the content through their own processing.• Class size: up to 3 participants • Class length: 2 days • Prerequisite: Participants should have a working knowledge of XML and one or more of the following: C++, Java, XSLT, Visual Basic, Perl, or OmniMark eXtyles "Train the Trainer" program is designed for global organizations who want to deploy eXtyles in many different locations. The "Train the Trainer" program is developed specifically for the requirements of large organizations with significant in-house resources. This course teaches participants to deliver eXtyles end-user training and internal technical support.• Class size: up to 5 participants • Class length: 1 day • Prerequisite: Intermediate-to-expert users of Microsoft Word Word Tips for Editors is an Inera-sponsored course for technical authors and editors. In this course, participants will learn tips to work faster and more efficiently by using the powerful, advanced features of Microsoft Word. The curriculum includes customizing Word, document navigation, advanced features in Find and Replace, and editing tables.
