Auto-Redact Fails to Run

If after installation Auto-Redact fails to run (with the Windows Task Manager indicating that Word is not responding), the user may be lacking read/write permission in the following directory: C:\Program Files\eXtyles\OM Server. Adding read/write permission to this folder may resolve the issue.
