Marketing Professional

Are you an organized and efficient Marketer with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a passion for digital marketing? We are seeking a creative, innovative, and personable individual to join our growing team. Help drive our web content, Google Ad Campaign and Analytics, social media, and collateral. Develop new marketing strategies and customer engagement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for our cloud-based and desktop products
  • Work closely with our Sales, Customer Support, and Development teams
  • Write blogs and develop web and printed content
  • Develop and implement new PPC strategies using Google Ad Campaigns and Google Analytics
  • Become the voice of Inera on Social Media
  • Represent Inera at industry conferences (domestic and international travel)

Qualifications

  • Experience developing targeted marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and analytics
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, bulk email applications, CMS
  • Enthusiasm for technology and aptitude for mastering new tools
  • Natural problem solver and proactive thinker
  • Loyal, dedicated, enthusiastic person that will go the distance for customers and the company
  • Knowledge of or interest in the publishing industry is a big advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years experience preferred

Lead Software Developer – Full or Part Time

Skills/Technologies

  • XML and XSLT
  • C++, Perl, Python, Omnimark, VB, VBA
  • Web development experience (Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS3, Java, etc.)
  • SQL/relational database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Some experience with Windows API-level programming, and Linux and AWS environments
  • Automated testing tools

Pattern Recognition Developer – Full or Part Time

Short Description

We are looking for a bright, self-motivated, and energetic software engineer with experience in developing pattern-recognition software using Perl or a similar language. Candidates should thrive in a small, fast-paced company, where they will have an opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute their creative ideas.

Skills/Technologies

  • Knowledge of at least one: C++, Perl, Python, Omnimark, VB, VBA
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Some experience with Windows API-level programming and Linux
  • Knowledge of XML would be helpful but not essential
  • Desire to dive in and learn

Web Developer – Full or Part Time

Short Description

Do you love Ruby on Rails, Java, SQL, and want to be involved in both the front and the back end development? We are looking for a bright, creative, detail-oriented, and hard-working web developer to help shape the future of our newest offering, Edifix. You are the right candidate for this job if you are or would like to become a Full Stack developer, a team player with the ability to translate business requirements into technical infrastructure, committed to writing clean, maintainable code, and are proficient in these technologies:

Required Skills/Technologies

  • Ruby on Rails (or equivalent OOP language and MVC framework)
  • SQL/relational database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite or similar)
  • Front-end proficiency as needed: HTML5, CSS3, a pre-processor like LESS or SASS, JavaScript/jQuery/CoffeeScript
  • Automated testing tools: RSpec, Selenium, Cucumber, Factory Girl, etc.
  • RESTful APIs
  • Git

Nice-To-Have Additional Skills

  • AWS server management and basic Linux system administration knowledge
  • XML and XSLT
